Charco del Ingenio Botanical Gardens – Some say this is a hikers paradise that feels more like a natural preserve that a botanical garden. El Charco preserve is furrowed by an ample network of pathways. Besides offering magnificent landscapes, these are environmental interpretation trails which allow us to discover and enjoy natural life in the site.

Sunday Hiking Group – This group is for anyone interested in hiking to some of the most beautiful trails around San Miguel de Allende.You can post photos, and ask questions related to hiking in the area and create events such as mid week hiking.
The San Miguel Sunday Hiking group meets every Sunday at the OXXO/PEMEX near Longhorn Restaurant on the Salida a Celaya at 8 AM sharp. From there we car pool to a hiking destination selected by the group. Space in cars is always at a premium so bring your car if you can and be there early if you are not driving (first come first served).
