The blue door is El Molino.
It is right behind my Abuelita’s house. Early morning at about 4-6am you’ll find all the ladies in line waiting their turn to grind their nixtamal(cooked corn) to make their tortillas for the day. In its heyday, it served about 200 ladies every morning. Today, about 10 ladies still use it.
