If you’ve ever felt like you needed more time, Méxicans got your back.
We invented another day: “De hoy en ocho.”
But what does it really mean?
Let’s say today is Saturday and someone says, nos vemos de hoy en ocho.
It just means we’ll catch up again next Saturday.
Basically, de hoy en ocho means, the same day next week.
Had y’all heard this colloquialism before?
